Shipping
We ship across Egypt via Bosta. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your governorate.
Cash on delivery (COD) and prepaid card payment are both available at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t right, unworn items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email cotadept@gmail.com with your order number.
Washed or worn pieces and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
